Shipping Carriers
AIBIRTH uses FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS for delivery.
Shipping & Delivery Estimates
1) Standard Delivery: 3-5 Business Days
2) Expedited Delivery: 2-3 Business Days
3) Priority Delivery: 1-2 Business Days
Shipping delays may occur occasionally.

Processing Orders & Shipping
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. No shipments or deliveries are made on weekends or holidays.
Due to the high volume of orders, our processing and shipment may be delayed. We are also unable to accommodate any requests for expedited shipments or pickups. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we do our best to complete your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be available within 24 hours.

Undeliverable Packages
Most of our carriers will attempt to deliver the package three times. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to AIBIRTH as an undeliverable package. If this happens, please contact us at support@AIBIRTH.com so we can arrange for a re-shipment.

Cancelling an Order
We will do our best to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, you should notify our Customer Service Department to cancel your order by 2:00 PM (PST) on the day your order was placed, by contacting support@AIBIRTH.com. When requesting a cancellation, please be sure to include your order number.
