Return Policy
AIBIRTH stands behind the quality of every product sold and delivered by our team and hopes to meet and exceed the expectations of every customer. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase experience for any reason within 30 days, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement or refund.

Damage and Problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure that you get the item you want is to return it and once the return is accepted, please purchase a new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, we will automatically refund you within 10 business days to your original form of payment. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also need some time to process and mail your refund.

Exceptions
Returns of any item that has been excessively worn, used, or altered will not be accepted. Returns that have been physically damaged maliciously and/or intentionally are not covered by this policy.
